CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not provide cancellation option once the order is placed.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are not accepted, but we offer exchanges for the same item.
Within the specified return/exchange period, you can easily exchange the product/s by contacting at support@peachitup.com or WhatsApp at 9892505004 .
However, there are a few basic rules to be followed:
- Product has to be in original packing and unused condition, original tags of the product should be intact.
- Exchange are allowed only in case of any wrong size/ defect/damage /wrong dispatch.
- Exchange request shall be raised within 15 days from date of delivery of the Product.
- You shall use the Exchange option on a particular order only once.
- To process an exchange, we kindly request 2-3 images and videos clearly showing the defective areas of the product for verification.
Additionally, we recommend recording a video while unboxing the product or inspecting it upon delivery to ensure that any issues are documented promptly.
Returns are not accepted, but we offer exchanges for the same item:
we only offers exchanges, All exchanging products will be delivered within 4-5 business days.
NOTE : Our delivery agent will perform a preliminary inspection at your doorstep. We shall reserve the right to restrict/decline exchange of the items purchased from us if you are found in breach of above-mentioned terms/conditions.
REFUND POLICY:
As our products are made on order as per your requirements, we do not have refund option.
