CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not provide cancellation option once the order is placed. 

RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY

Within the specified return/exchange period, you can easily return / exchange the product/s by contacting at support@peachitup.com or WhatsApp at 8858922202.

However, there are a few basic rules to be followed:

  1. Product has to be in original packing and unused condition, original tags of the product should be intact.
  2. Exchange/Returns are allowed only in case of any defect/damage /wrong dispatch.
  3. Return/Exchange request shall be raised within 3 days from date of delivery of the Product.
  4. You shall use the Return/Exchange option on a particular order only once.
  5. In case of return/exchange, you have to share 2-3 pictures of the product intended to be returned or exchanged.

 

NOTE :  Our delivery agent will perform a preliminary inspection at your doorstep. We shall reserve the right to restrict/decline exchange/ return of the items purchased from us if you are found in breach of above-mentioned terms/conditions.

 REFUND POLICY:

As our products are made on order as per your requirements, we do not have refund option.
    DELIVERY POLICY

    The delivery policy is as simple as shopping on our website.

    1. As we provide you customized and made on order services/products, our delivery timelines would differ product to product. The tentative delivery timelines will be mentioned below the Product image/ in product description. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you containing the order details.
    2. In case delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at support@peachitup.com or call us at 8858922202.
    3. Shipping charges may vary depending upon the delivery location.
    4. International dispatches are exclusive of applicable taxes.

    • Users Warranty & Restrictions
    1. You should use the Platform for lawful purpose only and shall not indulge in any kind of illegal activities or anything which is harmful in any manner.
    2. You shall not delete, modify, alter any content on the Platform or hinder the Platform in any manner.
    3. You shall not use our services for any illegal activity.
    4. User shall not infringe any intellectual property right, including patent, copyright or other proprietary right.
    5. At all times any and all Intellectual Property Rights pertaining to the images, products, services, designs, any content on the Website shall be ours and you shall have no rights over the same.
    • Disclaimer Or Warranties
    1. We will try to make your access to and use of the Platform error-free. However, your access to the Platform may be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or for introduction of new facilities or services and other updations.
    2. The Services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, except if otherwise specified in writing.
    • Term & Termination
    1. These Terms shall be effective from the date of their publication on the Platform.
    2. We reserves the right to suspend or terminate its Services in the event of breach of any terms contained in these Terms, misrepresentation of information, any unlawful activity by you or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information submitted by you.
    3. User may terminate the Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of the Platforms or Services.
    • Governing Laws And Dispute Resolution
    1. These Terms, all transactions consummated between us and the relationship between us is governed by the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles and with an exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Lucknow.
